Très bon accueil des nouveaux propriétaires, super sympathiques tous les deux, site parfaitement localisé pour permettre une visite de cette région qui vaut le détour, isolé à la campagne, pas de bruit, équipé d'une piscine, très bien aménagé, reste proche de la côte et de Brest, et des communes à visiter, rapport qualité prix très bien placé, vraiment un très bon séjour pour notre petit groupe de quatre personnes, parking très vaste qui nous a permis de laisser nos remorques importantes sur place durant tout notre séjour.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans ce domaine pas très loin de chez nous (pénurie d'essence), l'accueil était très bien, personnel très à l'écoute beaucoup de plaisirs de discuter avec eux et d'échanger sur les visites dans le coin et restaurant proche. La chambre était très propre et suffisamment grande. Le petit déjeuner était largement à la hauteur avec du pain bien frais et des très bons croissants. Il est vrai que La piscine est un +, bonne température et tranquilité bien apprécié. Il est sur que nous reviendrons passer une semaine en gite cette fois ci pour encore mieux en profiter merci à toute l'équipe.

C'est un très bel endroit, au calme, avec le charme de la campagne.Un lieu parfait pour la grande fête d'anniversaire de mon mari organisé dans la grande salle, avec toute la cuisine parfaitement fonctionnelle.La possibilité de rester dormir sur place est un atout .Nos invités étaient ravis de notre choix

The Rooms of the Kerzuat Estate

Book one of our 5 rooms for your stay. They are located on the first or second floor, without an elevator.

Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm and check-out is before 10 am. A baby cot or a high chair for a child can be provided free of charge in the Jonquille Room.

Holiday rentals near Le Conquet

The Kerzuat Estate also includes 5 cottages. You will have access to them between 3 pm and 8 pm on the day of your arrival and must vacate them before 10 am upon departure.

They are all equipped with tea towels and cleaning supplies. sheets, towels, and cleaning are available at an additional cost.

The available spaces

Our establishment consists of a shared kitchen and a dining room with a small table, which you can enjoy while staying in our rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, a sink, and dishes. The dining room and kitchen together form the Aglaé seminar room, which can be reserved for your events for up to 30 people.

Time spent outdoors

Our cottage is nestled in the heart of a two-hectare estate. In the first hectare, you'll find sheep and goats. The second hectare is laid out as a beautiful, green, and peaceful garden. Enjoy the picnic table, swimming pool, shared barbecue, benches, and playground, equipped with a swing and a slide.

Breakfast

When you stay in our rooms, enjoy a breakfast for an additional fee.

At your table, we serve pastries, fresh pancakes, jam, butter, and fruit. The buffet offers hot and cold drinks, water, and bread.

Information you need to know

We make every effort to offer you pleasant and convenient services. You will benefit from Wi-Fi, bike storage, and free private parking, accessible by bus.

Your hosts are available all day, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., to answer your questions and provide helpful tourist information. Pets are welcome in the rooms and cottages, for an additional fee.
